Berryfields & The Meadows

-
Tresillian Ave | Bruce Builders
Perched on a hillside in Marybank, this site was technically challenging for our digger operator, but the view was totally worth it. We installed sewer and stormwater drains, stormwater mains as well as retaining wall and driveway sumps to facilitate excess water collection.
-
Sandy Bay | Jennian Homes
We couldn’t get digger access to this technically challenging site, so there was a lot of shovel work required to install sewer and stormwater drains here. But with views like this over golden sands, who’s complaining?
-
Stonefly Lodge | Gardiner Builders
This award-winning luxury fishing lodge perched in the hills overlooking the Motueka River was one of our large commercial jobs. We took care of all of their sewer and stormwater needs, as well as installing a grease trap for the lodge kitchen.
-
Arvida Waimea Plains | Coman
Over the past 4.5 years, our team have been working with Coman Construction on the Arvida Retirement Village. We have installed sewer and stormwater, main drains, manholes, double sumps and cable trenching for 175 villas and townhouses across this six-stage commercial project.
-
Showhome | Milestone Homes
Milestone Home’s newest showhome on Summersfield Boulevard has had sewer and stormwater drains installed recently by the Chethams & Co team.
-
Elaine Bay
The team spent some time over in Marlborough Sounds working on neighbouring baches in Elaine Bay. The baches needed septic tanks and aes effluent fields, and the resource consent also required a sampling trough for council testing.
-
Muritai Street | Jennian Homes
Nelson Tasman Housing Trust’s five unit subdivision in Tahunanui included sewer and stormwater drains, sumps and detention water tanks to comply with council requirements for stormwater management. We also installed a Cirtex soakpit with enviropods and separate cable trenches.
-
Hoddy's Road | Salter Builders
This stunning property perched on the edge of the estuary required sewer and stormwater drains, a retention tank for water storage, firefighting couplings and connections to an existing septic tank. We also installed connections for strip drains to prevent water entering their level entry home.
-
Kahu Close | J Lewis Building
This stunning property in Kaiteriteri required sewer and stormwater drains. Our team love working in Kaiteriteri, not just because we can enjoy lunch by the beach but also because the soil composition is so much softer here making for easy digging!
-
Stringers Road | Jennian Homes
At this rural property in Redwood Valley, we installed sewer and stormwater drains, four concrete buried water tanks and a first flush diverter to allow for potable water use. We also installed a septic tank discharging into a dripper line effluent disposal field.
-
Teapot Valley | GC Builders
This was one of our larger rural jobs, requiring sewer and stormwater drains, an extension of pipes to a future shed, water tanks, firefighting couplings, a 5000L septic tank, a 3200L reed bed and a flout chamber. This was then gravity fed into a pressure compenstated dripper pipe with the overflow going to a natural water course.
-
Wakapuaka | Jennian Homes
Out in rural Wakapuaka, we took care of this clients sewer, stormwater and wastewater needs, laying sewer and stormwater drains, installing a septic tank, and feeding waste via gravity into an effluent disposal field. A sampling port was also added for testing as part of resource consent.
-
Ridgeview Road | Milestone Homes
We installed the sewer and stormwater drains and connected an eOne wastewater pump station to the mains at this stunning property in the Appleby Hills subdivision.
-
Compass Fruit | Heartland
The washdown area on this existing commercial property was backing up, so we replaced the blocked and broken stormwater pipe, fixed an existing sump and then renewed and reinstated the area back to its original condition with new concrete.
-
Ajax Townhouses | Salter Builders
Our team installed sewer and stormwater drains for these four central city apartments on Ajax Ave, just a stones throw from the Maitai River.
-
Suncrest Drive | Jennian Homes
The clients on this rural property have been living in a temporary home throughout their build, so we had to be careful not to damage existing services and drainage. After locating the power, we installed sewer and stormwater for the new house and hooked into an existing septic tank.
-
Townhouses | Jennian Homes
These award-winning townhouses are located in The Meadows subdivision in Richmond, close to the food and beverage hub of Central Park. We took care of all sewer and stormwater drainage needs for these six two-storey properties.
